TSYM New Year Rally & Elections February 4, 2012, 10:00 am

It is now time again to submit names for the 2012 TSYM youth officer elections. This year we are
creating several new positions after receiving positive feedback from several youth leaders expressing
that they have youth wanting to serve on staff in a training/mentoring capacity. We will now have three
at-large positions open to youth 13 and up with a one year term limit. We will also have the position of
"Webmaster" whose sole job will be the maintenance of our website and Face book page. It will also
carry a one year term limit. The procedures, nomination forms and criteria are enclosed.

The criteria listed below are mandatory, not optional. Before submitting a name for the ballot, please
take time to go over the "Criteria for the Eligibility of Officers" with your nominee (enclosed). This is
mandatory, as it must be understood by the candidate that this is ministry and that all of the sacrifices
that are required for ministry must be adhered to. It must be understood that there is a great deal of
WORK involved all year long!

Please note that the deadline for our receipt of this form is: Saturday, January 28, 2012 (Forms will be
available at the January 21, 2010 TSA Executive Council Meeting). The nomination form will also be
available by email bycontactingtexasstateyouthministry@yahoo.com. NO LATE NOMINATIONS WILL
BE ACCEPTED!!! The New Year Rally will be held on February 4,2011, at 10:00 a.m. in Hallettsville,
Texas. PLEASE DON'T FORGET TO SEND YOUR QUOTAS WITH YOUR YOUTH GROUP as this
helps to cover costs for the events throughout the year. $100 PER QUARTER- $400 per year.
