Pastors do not lead churches by themselves. Living out the mission of transforming our world requires a team effort. To this end TGA is working alongside church leadership teams to train and equip pastors, elders, deacons, board members, and more in the art of discipleship and missional living.
Pastors can preach great sermons, but all of us need to be equipped to live out the love of Christ.
