Annual Assembly Reservations Now Open

Individual reservations can be made by calling hotel reservations at 1-888-728-3031, or via the internet at www.hiltonsanantonioap.com. Please make sure to give your group/convention code TGA to receive the group rate and group special concessions. A credit card number of 1 nights advance deposit will be required to secure a room out of this block. Cancellations must be received 72 hours prior to arrival or 1 night room and tax will be assessed. They can only receive the group rate through Tuesday October 4, 2011 so please encourage them to make their reservations!
