Register online now at www.chog.org/AnnualReg (using a credit card: MasterCard, Visa, Discover). To register online you will need your Cons ID number and your zip code. REMEMBER…U.S. Tax Status: to be covered under the group charitable exemption [501(c)(3) status] of the General Assembly of the Church of God, churches must register annually with Church of God Ministries and be approved annually by the relevant credentials assembly. Thank you in advance for registering before August 19, 2011 (late fees will begin after this date). Pastors should also register at this time as well.
