Financial Health of the TGA

  • Add $50,000 in new funds to the state
  • Develop a solid plan for financial stability for the next 10 years, which also has the ability to produce renewable financial resources.

JOB DESCRIPTION KEY DELIVERABLES

 

J1: Direct and coordinate leadership development efforts in the state, including coaching and resource development for pastors and churches.

 

J2: Direct and coordinate a process for pastoral health and growth using all available resources inside and outside the state.

 

J3: Direct and coordinate a process of developing healthy churches and new church plants.

 

J4: Develop and lead, along with the Credentials Committee, a Crisis Management Team to handle specific conflict resolution efforts and other sensitive issues. 

 

J5: Cultivate relationships with pastors and churches to foster greater partnership in the overall mission in the state.
