- Review relationship and legal documents with the TRLF
Financial Health of the TGA
- Add $50,000 in new funds to the state
- Develop a solid plan for financial stability for the next 10 years, which also has the ability to produce renewable financial resources.

JOB DESCRIPTION KEY DELIVERABLES
J1: Direct and coordinate leadership development efforts in the state, including coaching and resource development for pastors and churches.
J2: Direct and coordinate a process for pastoral health and growth using all available resources inside and outside the state.
J3: Direct and coordinate a process of developing healthy churches and new church plants.
J4: Develop and lead, along with the Credentials Committee, a Crisis Management Team to handle specific conflict resolution efforts and other sensitive issues.
J5: Cultivate relationships with pastors and churches to foster greater partnership in the overall mission in the state.

TRANSFORM GOAL 2 (T2): MINSTRY FRUITFULNESS: the aim is to equip the heart/mind/soul of those who serve in the church so that more people may know Christ.

The use of the letters “T” and “J” refer to the way in which the State Administrator is attempting to carry out the duties of the Transform 2015 Strategic Plan (T) and the Job Description (J).
